    Sab se pehle oil ko garam kar ke us me piyaz ko brown kar lein

    Ab us me adrak lehsan paste dal kar 1 minute tak pkaen

    Ab us me tomatoes or baqi masale add kar ache se mix karein or 3-4 minutes tak dhak kar pkaen

    Jab tomatoes ache se gal jaen to us me 2 glass pani ke dalen or boil kiye hue ande 2 piece kar ke dalen or 2-3 minutes tak pkaen

    Ab garma garam naan ya chapati ke saath pesh karein
