I’ll use anything as excuse to make hot chocolate!! This is based on an Italian recipe although I’ve tinkered with it to make it less sweet and dairy free. You can use normal dairy milk of course if you prefer and just add sugar to taste.

Ingredients

1 Serving
  1. 300 mlsalmond milk
  2. 55 g70% dark chocolate
  3. 1 tspcorn flour

Cooking Instructions

    Heat the milk in a heavy based saucepan. When the milk it hot add the chocolate (and sugar if you are adding it) and stir until the chocolate is melted.

    Mix the corn flour with a tsp of water and then pour it into your hot chocolate mixture, stir until thickened then serve immediately.
