Ingredients

  1. For peas paste
  2. 1 cupgreen peas boiled
  3. 1green chilli
  4. 1/2 inchginger
  5. 2 tbspwater
  6. For idli batter
  7. 2 cupssooji
  8. 1 1/2 cupcurd
  9. as neededWater
  10. 1/2 tbspsalt
  11. 1/2 tspeno
  12. For tadka
  13. 2 tspoil
  14. 1 tspurad dal
  15. 1 tspmustard seeds
  16. 10curry leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Take a mixer jar put peas green chilli ginger than add 2 tbsp water and grind it for fine paste.Take a mixing bowl add 2 cups of suji,11/2 curd.

    Add peas paste in it add some more water and 1/2 tbsp salt and mix it well.Keep aside for 1/2an hour add some more water for good consistency. Take a tadka pan out oil on low flame than add mustard seeds,urad dal fry till golden brown,curry leaves

    Pour in peas idli batter.Mix it well.Now grease idli plate with oil,just before steaming add 1/2 tsp eno and mix it till turns frothy.Pour the batter immediately into idli into idli plate,steam the idli for 20 mins on medium flame.Now dmold idlis from idli plate and serve in serving plate with sambhar
