Ingredients

7 pieces
  1. For idli batter
  2. 1/4 cuprice
  3. 1-2 tspyellow moong dal
  4. 3 tbspgreen moong dal
  5. 2 tspurad dal
  6. 2 tspcocount powder
  7. 1/4 tspcumin seeds
  8. 1/4 tspbaking soda
  9. 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  10. 1chopped green chilli
  11. as needed coriander leaves
  12. as neededSalt
  13. as neededOil for greasing
  14. For tempering
  15. 1 tspbutter
  16. 1/2 tspmustard seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly, wash rice and all dal, let them soak overnight or 6-8 hours.

    Rinse dal and rice, and with the help of grinder by combing water as required. It should be like normal idli batter.

    Take out above paste in a bowl,then all add ingredients mentioned for idli batter.

    Switch on the flame, put idli stand on it and fill required amount of water.

    Grease the idli moulds and fill batter in each mould.. Let it cook. Check by toothpick after 15-20 minutes. If it's cook remove otherwise let it cook for few more minutes.

    Remove idli from moulds after it get cooled.

    Now, switch on flame and butter, after tht mustard seeds. Now put cooked idlis in it. Just give few toss. And served this healthy idlis with your favourite chutney.
