  2. 1 cupgrated coconut
  3. 2eggs
  4. 1/2 cupcurd
  5. 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  6. 1 teaspoonbaking soda
  7. 1/3 cupsugar
  8. 1 tspVanilla essence (optional)

    Add the semolina, sugar, coconut and eggs in bowl mix it until combine.

    Now add baking powder, soda and vanilla mix well.

    Preheat oven 180°for 10 minutes.

    Transfer the batter to baking pan make sure grease it with oil, now tap it for even cake.

    Let it sit for about 10 minutes for rest.

    Now baking tin goes into the oven for 30 minutes.

    After 30 minutes check it with nife Or folk if it clean, means our cakes ready.

    But remove the cake after five minutes of baking.

    Cut into small pieces now ready to eat enjoy.
