Ingredients

  1. 180 gmcurd
  2. 120 gmmaida
  3. 100 gmsugar
  4. 20 gmcocoa powder
  5. 65 gmrefined oil
  6. 1 tspbaking powder
  7. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  8. 1 tbspnvanilla essence

Cooking Instructions

    Whisk curd, sugar & oil in a bowl.

    Seave maida, cocoa powder, baking powder & soda.

  3. 3

    Grease the tin & heat oven at 180c for preheating.

  4. 4

    Fold maida mix in curd mix & blend well.

  5. 5

    Pour the batter in greased tin.

  6. 6

    Bake this cake batter into preheated oven for 30 to 35 min. & serve with caramel sauce.
