Ingredients

5-6 servings
  1. As required Ready made samosa patti (switz)
  2. 1 cupfinely chopped onion
  3. 1 cupfinely chopped capsicum
  4. 1 cupcube cut potatoes (partly boiled)
  5. 1 cupboiled corn
  6. 1 tsp (3 g)paste (ginger garlic & green chillies)
  7. 1/2 tspfreshly crushed black pepper
  8. 1/2 tspItalian seasoning
  9. As per taste Salt

Cooking Instructions

    In a fry pan heat oil add onion and 3g paste untill it turns light pink.

    Add capsicum corn potatoes or any veggie of your choice strir it for 6-8 mins.

    Add salt, black pepper and seasoning.

  4. 4

    If you want you can add mozerella cheese to it.

  5. 5

    Fill in a patti with tight packing with help of corn flour paste.

  6. 6

    Fry under medium flame and serve it with tomato ketchup.
