Mini Pizza Sweet Samosa

This my own innovative fusion recipe.
This is the wackiest combination I have ever tried my hands on the demand of my kid's friends and later on for my kitty party. It was unique and delicious and a big heat amongst friends and family.
Just perfect for munching while watching an interesting match.
Mini Pizza Sweet samosas is a perfect delectable fusion recipe with a blend of spices and mild sweetness .
It is full of flavours and crunch and kids would definitely love it.
Samosa is one of the most preferred Indian snack and adding the goodness of cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, bell peppers, corn and Italian spice blend to it makes it even more mouth-watering.
Here I have drizzled the Strawberry syrup to glorify and enhance the taste.

Mishti Singara: Sweet Samosas Stuffed with Kheer and Khoya Mishti Singara: Sweet Samosas Stuffed with Kheer and Khoya
While traditional samosa or singara (that's what we Bengalis call it) are filled with a spicy potato filling, this one comes with a sweet filling made of reduced milk, milk solids and semolina, laced in sticky sugar syrup. The filling can also be made of chhana or cottage cheese, but I like the kheer version more. The given proportion yields around 40 small samosas or 30 large ones.See more on my blog post here: http://www.allthatsdelicious.com/mishti-singara-recipe Lets Talk Food -

Shiso and Sweet Onion Pizza Shiso and Sweet Onion Pizza
I had some shiso and sweet onion left over in my refrigerator, so I decided to use them in a seasonal pizza. If you like, use baking powder instead of yeast in the pizza dough to reduce the baking time. My family uses a toaster oven to cook fish and not usually our grill, so we don't worry about other food getting a fishy smell. Recipe by Inemurihimeai cookpad.japan -
