Add Cooksnap

2 cupsAPF
2tsps baking powder
1 1/2 cupmilk
Pinchsalt
1/2 tspvanilla essence
1 cupgranulated sugar
1/2 cupcooking oil

Cooking Instructions

In a large bowl,sift flour and baking powder set aside,assemble all the ingredients together then heat the oven at 180dgrs for ten minutes

In a separate mixing bowl,mix all dry ingredients,then add in sugar mix till it dissolves,add in the essence and salt.

Put in flour to the mixture 1 cup at a go till the flour is done,make your batter and transfer it to a prepared baking tin.

Bake for 40 mins.then serve when it has cooled down.
