Ingredients

35-40 mins
4-5 servings
  1. 1 cupgram flour
  2. 6 tsprefined oil
  3. 2 pinchturmeric powder
  4. 1 pinchasafoetida
  5. 1/4 TSPcritic acid
  6. 1/2 TSPSalt
  7. 3 TSPsugar
  8. As neededWater
  9. 1/4 TSPbaking soda
  10. For tadka
  11. 1 cupwater
  12. 2 TSPsugar
  13. 4 tsplemon juice
  14. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  15. 2-3green chillies cut in Jillian
  16. 2-3 tspoil
  17. 2 tspCurry leaves

Cooking Instructions

    6 TSP oil into a mixing bowl and add turmeric powder, asafoetida, sugar, citric acid and water mix it well and add gram flour and add required water for smooth paste.

    Further this batter keep a side for 10 min.

    Add prepare steamer for steam dhokla. And grease dhokla mould.

    Now take prepared batter mix well once again and now add baking soda and mix with light and pour fastly in greased mould.

    And put mould into a steamer and steam dholak on medium flame for 25 min or until completely cook. After cooked dhokla keep a side.

    Now prepare tarka heat oil into a pan and add spelater Wray, curry leaves,green chillies and add water, sugar and lemon juice and given a one boil. Tarka is ready.

    Now pour tarka on cooked dhokla. And cut in pieces.

    Before serving keep in refrigerator.

    Enjoy cool,sweet and sour dhokla.
