Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlrice flour
  2. 1and half bowl water
  3. 1 bowlJaggery
  4. 1 bowlcoconut milk
  5. 1 bowlwater for syrup
  6. Nutmeg powder
  7. Dry fruits
  8. Pinchsalt
  9. 1 teaspoonoil

Cooking Instructions

    Boil one and half bowl water in a pan add pinch of salt and one teaspoon oil let the water boil

  2. 2

    Add rice flour gradually and mix well. No lump should be there. Give steam for ten to fifteen minutes.

    Take out mixture in big plate, with the help of water Knead the dough

  4. 4

    Now in another pan take Jaggery add water to it.make syrup.dont make it thick

  5. 5

    With flour mixture make small balls and steam for ten mins

  6. 6

    Add to Jaggery syrup and give nice boil.switch off the gas. Let it cool and add coconut milk to it add nutmeg powder and dry fruits.

    Serve hot or cold your choice.
