Ma'amoul Cookies شیرینی معمول
Ma’amoul معمول cookies is a kind of Arabic stuffed cookies made with semolina, and flour. It can be filled with a variety of nuts and fillings such as: walnuts, pistachio, almonds, dates, and figs. Ma’amoul is one of the gorgeous and delicious cookies, full of flavor and aroma due to having spices such as cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, rose water/ orange blossom, ghee/ butter or coconut oil for vegans. Ma’amoul normally served during celebrations in Middle East. Arab Muslims eat Ma’amoul on the Eid and Arab Christians and Greeks eat these cookies on the Easter. This utterly scrumptious and buttery pastry or cookie can be made by hand or by wooden moulds. However, I have not those wooden moulds 😁😁 and I used my other kind of mould which I usually use for making my Chinese moon cakes and it is absolutely is fine👍👍.Ma’amoul might be in the shape of round (balls shape), flat or domed and sometimes in the form of rolls. #Easter

Fuljar soda
#goldenapronpost 15.The rich fizzy Fuljar soda is grabbing attention across Kerala for it's unique style of preparing and drinking it. The frothy beverage is called fuljar as it erupts like volcano when the shot glass is dropped into the soda. The standard drink involves mixing mint leaves, ginger and green chillies pastes with sugar syrup, lemon, sabja seeds and a pinch of salt in a shot glass. This shot glass is then dropped into a soda-filled big glass,it slowly settles at the bottom where it froths up.The beverage is then drunk instantly even as the liquid overflows the tumbler. Fuljar has a spicy and sweet variety. so lets start

Wet Mustofa
I do not know why we Indonesians call thinly sliced fried potatoes with sambal "mustofa". Usually the potatoes and sliced very thinly and deep-fried until dry, so mustofa will last for a long time. I didn't plan to store this, just wanted to eat it right away. I only fried the potato for a few minutes, so it is still a bit soggy. Hence, wet mustofa.Add more ground chili for spicier taste!

Foul Medames, Like Molasses
Foul (fava beans) is a type of legume, and the first regions where it originated are in Central Asia, which is considered its country of origin. Foul is an annual plant that appears in certain seasons, reaching a height of about 31 inches (80 cm). It has white and black flowers, and the stem is almost square-shaped. The pod of the foul contains multiple seeds. The ancient Egyptians were the first to cook it, and it serves as an alternative source of protein. Egyptians consider it the most famous traditional dish in Egypt, and many Arabs use it in various dishes. This dish can be served for breakfast, especially during Ramadan for Suhoor. It is usually served with garlic, lemon, green pepper, olive oil, black pepper, salt, and cumin. You can also cook foul at home to ensure its cleanliness and enjoy it at different times, or store it in the freezer until needed.

Middle Eastern Fatteh
I learned this recipe from a Lebanese friend. It won't qualify as a vegetarian dish anymore, but this is also tasty with lamb or chicken. To prepare it with meat, finely chop the meat into bite-sized pieces, then sauté in a frying pan, season with salt and pepper, then place it on the plate in Step 2, then cover it with the yoghurt sauce and pinenuts. Hello!👩🍳I came with the most delicious breakfast meal! I think we can say that is the traditional fondue. In my country, it calls “mihlama”. You’re gonna love it! 🤩It is some clue of ingredients. Therefore I wanna say first. It is important to use good butter and cheese. Actually, mihlama’s cheese is different. We use mıhlama cheese or instead, you can use a little bit of salty melted cheese. Ok, let's get the recipe. 💁♀️
