Ingredients

15 minutes
  1. 1 cancooked fava beans
  2. 1 cancooked chickpeas
  3. 2 clovesgarlic, crushed
  4. 2small tomatoes, diced
  5. 1 cupfinely chopped parsley (about 30 grams)
  6. 1/4 cupfresh mint leaves (about 10 grams)
  7. 2 tablespoonstahini
  8. Olive oil
  9. 1lemon
  10. Salt
  11. Cumin

  1. 1

    Pour the chickpeas and fava beans into the same pot and heat until boiling.

  2. 2

    Drain the beans and chickpeas, then transfer them to a bowl. Add the diced tomatoes, parsley, mint, garlic, tahini, lemon juice, salt, cumin, and a little olive oil. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Spoon the mixture into a serving dish. Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with parsley.
