White Chocolate Mud Cake

This recipe is nothing but easy. Blend everything in one bowl and put it in the oven. But you have to wait, around an hour or so, for the "mud" to settle. But I promise you each waiting minute is worth it!
NB: This recipe is for white chocolate only, since the fat in white and dark chocolate differ, I don't suggest to exchange the chocolate.
Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 175 degC.

Melt the butter and chocolate in a double boiler. *If you're lazy, put them in a microwave: set to 350 Watt and check in every 40 seconds until all chocolate melted in the butter.

Whisk eggs and sugar together until just combine.

Pour the butter-chocolate mixture. Mix well and put in the flour and vanilla extract.

Mix until just combine.

Pour into the baking pan, I use 22cm diameter baking pan.

Bake for 18-20 minutes.

After that, wait for the cake to cool completely before slice it up.
