  3. 1.5 tbspGinger garlic paste
  4. 1/2 cupYougrt
  5. 1 tbsproasted and crushed cumin
  6. 1 tbsproasted and crushed coriander
  7. 1 tbspRed chili flakes
  8. 1 tspBlack pepper powder
  9. 1 tspturmeric powder
  10. 1 tspsalt
  11. 1 tspkasuri methi
  12. 1 pinchkalonji
  13. 2chopped onion
  14. 5chopped tomatoes
  15. 5-6Green chillies
  16. 1 tbspJulian ginger
  17. 2 tbsplemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil add chopped onion and fry them until translucent, add Beaf, ginger garlic paste, and tomatoes and cover the lid.

    Cook for a while now add salt, crushed cumin, coriander, red chili flakes, black pepper, turmeric, kalonji.

    Bhunify it for about 2 minutes.

    Now add 3 glasses of water until meat completely cook.

    Add water if required.

    Now add lemon juice, yoghurt, kasuri methi and bhunify it completely.

    Add ginger and green chillies and it's done.
