2-4pork chops
30 mlveg oil
1 clovegarlic
1/4 cupsoy sauce
1/2 cupred wine
1/4 cupbrown sugar
2 mlred pepper flakes

Heat oil and garlic

Brown chops

Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl and add to pan.

Cover and simmer 30 min or until fully cooked. Keep flipping chops and add water or more sauce if needed.
