  • 2-4pork chops
  • 30 mlveg oil
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • 1/4 cupsoy sauce
  • 1/2 cupred wine
  • 1/4 cupbrown sugar
  • 2 mlred pepper flakes

Steps

    Heat oil and garlic

  2. 2

    Brown chops

    Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl and add to pan.

  4. 4

    Cover and simmer 30 min or until fully cooked. Keep flipping chops and add water or more sauce if needed.
