Boil the potatoes and peel off.

Take a Bowl and put some water with tamarind and keep aside.

Take a pan and add 3 tbsp oil and heat it. Add cumin seeds and curry leaves.

After this add chilli powder, Turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder and salt.

Now cut the potatoes and mix it in the pan, add tamarind water in it.

Keep it for 5 min and serve it in a plate and garnish with coriander leaves.
