Ingredients

  1. 2 cupdesiccated coconut
  2. 1 tspdesi ghee
  3. 1 cupmilk
  4. 1 cupsugar
  5. 1 pinchorange and green food color
  6. 10almonds for decoration

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly take a pan and add 1 tsp ghee and 2 cup desiccated coconut saute it for 2 min. until slightly warm to touch.

    Now add 1 cup milk.stir at regular intervals till the coconut get absorb the whole milk on medium flame.

    Then add 1 cup or 200 grms sugar and cook the mixture until it turns slightly sticky starts to bind with itself.

    Turn off the flame and let it cool down.

    Divide the material into three parts.

    1st part add orange color and mix it well.

  7. 7

    Leave the 2nd part as it is.

    3rd part add green and color mix it well.

    Take a Square container and firstly add green layer then add white and at last add orange layer.

    Keep it in the freezer for at least 2 hrs.

    Cut the mixture into Burfi shape(Square shape).

    Remove the square one by one and decorated with some chopped almonds.
