Cooking Instructions

Slice yam and boil them with water and pinch of sugar and salt till it’s done cooking for like 15mins

Smash your boils yam,add up slice onions scotch bonnet,spices,garlic powder and mix very well

Mould yam into small ball using your hand
- 4
Coat the yam balls in egg and coat them with bread crumbs or cornflakes
- 5
Fry in a hot oil till golden brown and serve🤤🤤🤤
