Ingredients

  3. 1/4 cupmoong dal soaked
  4. 2boiled potatoes
  5. as per tasteSalt

    Take flour add salt and oil and knead dough

    Now take pan add 2 TBS oil and ginger garlic paste saute them dein add soaked moong and boiled mashed potatoes and add all spices and mix them

    Now take mirchi and Remove the seeds

  4. 4

    Now take stuffing add in mirchi

  5. 5

    Now take dough roll it like chapati and cut in strip

  6. 6

    Now take mirchi roll each strip around them till covering

  7. 7

    Now take pan add oil and fry all mirchi samosa and serve with Chutney
