Ingredients

  • For stuffing :
  • 10Boiled potatoes
  • 1 tspGinger
  • 1 Garlic
  • 8Chilli
  • 1Carrots
  • 1/2 cupPeanuts
  • as neededOil
  • 1/2 tbspTurmeric powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • For outer covering :
  • 250 gmAll purpose flour
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tbspAjwain
  • 4 tbspRefined oil
  • 1 glassWarm water

  1. 1

    Take oil in kadhai let it heat. Add some peanuts into it and fry well. Keep it aside. Now fry carrots and then add crushed potatoes. After that add the crushed chilli garlic and ginger. Add turmeric powder and salt. Mix them well.then add fried peanuts.

    Now take all purpose flour in a different container add salt, ajwain,oil into it and mix well. Then with the help of warm water make a dough.

    Take small section of dough and make a roti shape of it. Cut it from middle into two sections. Now make a cone with the help of water. Fill the stuffing into it and then secure it with the help of water. Heat up oil and insert samosas for deep fry.

    Fry for 10-15min. Serve it with curd or ketchup.
