Ingredients

  1. 2 cupcorn kernels
  2. 2 tbspfinely chopped onion
  3. 2 tbspfinely chopped tomatoes
  4. 2 tbspfinely chopped capsicum
  5. 2 tbspgrated carrot
  6. 2 tbspcoriander leaves
  7. 2finely chopped green chillies
  8. 1 tbsplemon juice
  9. 1 tbspolive oil
  10. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  11. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Boil corn and take out kernels. You can even take out kernels and boil it or microwave it. Let it cool down.

    Mix all other ingredients along with corn in a bowl and toss it nicely. Keep it in the refrigerator until needed.

    Corn salad can be served as a light meal or as a side dish.
