In one bowl add chilled water, 3 spoon oil, lemon juice and powdered sugar mix it together.

In second bowl cocoa powder, all purpose flour, baking soda mix together.

Second bowl mix with first bowl with stirring.., please do not mix too much
- 4
Mould grease with butter, sprinkle flour and put in refrigerator for two minutes.
- 5
Pour half batter in mould, put dark chocolate piece in center then cover with batter.
- 6
Put mould in steamer for four minutes then cool it room temperature, unmould it slowly with tapping. Break half from center. Ready to serve
