Cooking Instructions

Take a big wok put chicken, ginger garlic paste,salt and tomatoes cut into 6-8 pieces each.

Cover and cook until chicken is almost tender no need to add water bc tomatoes have lots of water.

Now turn the flame high and mash the tomatoes with spoon and cook till water almost dry.

Now add All dry spices and Jullian cut ginger and some green chillies and mix well.

Now add oil gradually. And cook on high flame for few min.

If you like some gravy add little water or if you like dry than dry all water.

Now put on dum on low flame for 5min and add little more Julian cut ginger and green chilies or hara dhania for garnish and if you like add some lemon juice.

Your Dhabba style chicken karhai is ready to serve.

Serve with garma garam naan and raita😋💕
