Cooking Instructions

Boil the meat in a pot with seasoning, spices, ginger and garlic. When cooked cut into small pieces

Use the stock to Perboil the rice. Add turmeric, bay leaf and little salt. Drain when cooked.

In a pan, add oil, butter, onion and scotch bonnets, 2 tspn light soy sauce, meat, spices, seasonings, well diced vegetables and stir fry for 5mins.

Now gently pour the rice and mix well

Cover and allow it to cook for 10mins
- 6
Serve with salad or coslow😋
