Ingredients

  1. 200 gmRagi flour
  2. 150 gmGaggery
  3. 50 mlWater
  4. 3 tbspGhee
  5. 10Cashew nut
  6. 4Cardamom

    Take a pan add ghee 1 tbsn and add ragi flour fried few minutes.

    Take a pan add jaggery and water make a syrup. Add cardamom. No thread consistency.

    Take a bowl add flour and jaggery syrup. Take a pan add Ghee 2 tbsp add Cashew nuts fry roast in golden in colour and add to the mixture.

    From the mixture make Laddu as you desired size. Ragi Laddu ready.
