  1. 3 cupsrice
  2. 1kilo cooked beef
  3. 5scotch bonnet
  4. 1large onion
  5. 2 serving spoonoil
  6. Seasoning, curry, thyme, ginger
  7. Carrot, peas, sweet corn

    Parboil rice and set aside. In the pot heat oil and add onion and ginger saute for few minutes and add grinded bonnet

    Fry for about 3-5 mins then add carrots and peas. Stir and add cooked beef.

    Add seasoning, curry, thyme and add moderate amount of water to cook rice and bring to boil

  4. 4

    Add rice and stir. Leave for 10 mins to soften add ring onion
