Parboil rice and set aside. In the pot heat oil and add onion and ginger saute for few minutes and add grinded bonnet

Fry for about 3-5 mins then add carrots and peas. Stir and add cooked beef.

Add seasoning, curry, thyme and add moderate amount of water to cook rice and bring to boil
- 4
Add rice and stir. Leave for 10 mins to soften add ring onion

I try my best never to use canola oil due to the fact it is a little finer grade of rapeseed oil with causes lesions in the heart. So I know that vegetable oil is usually 100% soybean oil so I didn't use soy sauce in this recipe, because of so much soy in the hoisin and XO sauce. So I am trying to cut down on my soy intake because too much of any one thing isn't good for you. The the hotdogs and sausage is processed food but I do love them so.... skunkmonkey101 -
