Ingredients

1hr 50min
  1. 375 gAll-purpose flour (3 cups) + extra for dusting
  2. 1/2 tspsalt
  3. 2 TBSsugar
  4. 1 tspinstant yeast
  5. 2 TBSmelted margarine
  6. 1 cwarm milk
  7. 1egg
  8. 2 TBSoil for greasing

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl, mix flour, salt, sugar and yeast.

    Add melted butter and mix well. Slowly add the milk while mixing to make a firm dough

    Knead the dough well, about 7-10mins. Apply a tablespoon of oil and cover. Let it rise for one hour

  4. 4

    Punch down the dough. Knead for a minute.

    Grease your baking tin with the other tablespoon of oil. Put your dough in and let it rise again another 30 mins.

    Preheat your oven and bake for 20mins. I used a jiko to bake

Please explain how you used the jiko. And can I use meko gas to cook such a bread
