Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgmeat
  2. 1/2 kgRice
  3. 3big onion
  4. 4big tomatoes
  5. 1 cupyogurt
  6. Handfulcoriander mint
  7. 3-4chillies
  8. 1/2 sachetBiryani masala
  9. 1 cupOil
  10. 3-4potatoes
  11. 4-5alu bukhara
  12. 2tbSpoon ginger garlic paste
  13. Salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat oil fry onion till Golden brown add beef with ginger garlic paste bhonify till colour change

    Now blend in jucier tomatoes mint coriander yogurt chilli with half cup of water and add this mixture in beef pot with biryani masala

    Cook for 1 1/2 hour

    Now add potatoes and alu bukhara cook for half an hour again then bhonify this qorma

  5. 5

    Step 2 soak rice for 20_30 min boil water with salt and sabut garam masala.now boil the rice.and drain it's water.add boil rice and qorma layer in a separate pot one by one

    On the top add brown onion zarda colour mint leaves coriander leaves chilli and now put it on dum(simmer)

    Serve hot with Raita and Salad
