  1. 1/4 tspsalt
  2. 2-3 tbspoil
  3. 1 tbspgarlic
  4. 1-3green chilli
  5. 1small onion
  6. 2-3 cupsmixed veggies
  7. 1/2 tspblack pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Bring 5 cups water to a rolling boil.Add the noodles and cook them al dente without making mushy

    Pour oil to a hotand regulate the flame to medium high

  3. 3

    Add garlic and green chilies.stir fry for 30 seconds and add onions.

    Fry them for a minute and then add all the veggies.

    Toss and stir fry on the highest flame for 2 to 3 mins until they are half done yet crunchy

    Add cooked noodles,pepper and salt.

  7. 7

    Toss and stir fry for 2 mins.Serve veg noodles hot.
