  1. 1/2 cupchanadal
  2. Oil-3tsp
  3. tspઇનો-1/2
  4. Sugar
  5. Mustard seed
  6. Til
  7. Jeera
  8. Green chillies
  9. leavesCurry
  10. coconut powder

    8Soak Chandal for 5-6 hrs, after that remove all water from that. Grind it in mixer.

    Mix salt, oil, ઇનો lemon half squeeze it properly

    Continue mixing in one directions till becomes pluffy.then keep dhoklyu stand ready. Pour it in greased plate cover it for 15-20 min on high flame

    After that check with knife if it doesn't stick to it, then it's done, remove it

  5. 5

    Do tadka, take 2tsp of oil, put mustard seeds, jeera, curry leaves, green chillies after that off flame add some sugar nd 2 ચમચી water, then pour it on dhokla dish.serve with green chutney
