Cooking Instructions
- 1
Pressure-cook beans with salt and water till they are mushy. There should be some broth left in it. Fry garlic and then onion in the oil. Add beans along with broth. Add chillies, salt, red chili powder and dhanajeera powder. Mix well. Bring it to boil. Mesh the beans a bit, add coriendar leaves and it's ready when it is a bit dry and thick.
- 2
Combine ingredients for guacamole and keep aside. Combine ingredients for the sauce and keep aside.
- 3
To assemble, take a small tortilla (just a little bigger than puri). Spread the beans on it. Place a large tortilla on it and flip it over so the small tortilla is on the top now. Spread the sauce on the small tortilla and then the guocamole. Sprinkle chilli flakes on it.
- 4
Put doritos and Sprinkle cheese on it. Cover it with another small tortilla.
- 5
Now fold the sides of the large tortilla covering the small tortillas all around (you'll struggle at this stage if your bottom tortilla isn't large enough or if the top tortillas are not small enough). Gently take it in you hand.
- 6
Take few drops of oil on a hot pan. Carefully slide it on the pan keeping the folded sides of the tortilla downwards. Ensure that the folds do not open up. Cook on medium to low heat till the wrap is crunchy at the bottom. Apply oil on the top and flip over. Allow the other side to be crunchy.
- 7
Gently cut at the middle and serve. In most cases, no other side dish will require. Be needed, you can serve guacamole, Pico de gayo, ranch dip etc with it.

Soya keema wrap (chinese style) Soya keema wrap (chinese style)
Soya keema wrap in Chinese style is the result of my undying love for keema and Chinese food.#gharkakhanaI can eat keema (minced chicken/mutton) twice or thrice a week. sounds crazy right? But obviously it's not that healthy specially the red meat. So, I thought of switching red meat with soya granules and now, I don't have to depend only on chicken and eggs, as soya is very high in protein and has many health benefits.About almost 2 years back, when I tried this recipe for the first time, I just loved it and trust me, I'm still not bored of it. This recipe is the most awaited one as all my friends are dying to taste it again since, they tasted it for the first and last time. Last because I never made it again for them! hahaha.. they can and will surely relate. Richa Jaiswal -
Chinese-style Ground Meat Lettuce Wrap Chinese-style Ground Meat Lettuce Wrap
I had a dish like this at a restaurant. I couldn't forget the taste and developed this recipe through trial and error.Only spoon a little bit of the meat mixture to the lettuce leaves to make them easy to wrap. If you thicken the mixture well with the potato starch, it should hold together. If you season the meat, it will go very well with the lettuce. Recipe by Pukuttopukumaru cookpad.japan -

Flavourful Egg and Vegetable Wrap Flavourful Egg and Vegetable Wrap
#SandwichedMy mum recently bought alot of tortillas to keep in the refrigerator for anytime we wanted to wrap a quick snack or dinner, I experimented alot of different fillings and this recipe yields you some amazing tasting veggie wraps because you can definitely leave out the eggs. Of course, feel free to leave out or add any other vegetables just be careful with the liquid content of the veggie you are using as too much liquid will make your wrap soggy.Ps: You can double or even triple this recipe. Also, this might seem like alot of work but I just type alot to give you the best understanding possible. Paini press vegetarian crunch wrap Paini press vegetarian crunch wrap
For a crispier version, try cooking in a microwave oven or oven. Panini presses are great for getting that cool texture on your wrap. Make sure to eat these fresh, as the tostada in the middle will usually get soggy if it sits too long (still delicious though.) Also great when using corn tortillas as a substitute for the tostada!
