Cut the Bottle gourd, and soak it in water. Now, add bottle gourd, chilli, coriander and yoghurt to the mixer jar and grind well then transfer into a bowl. Mix salt and semolina in it and keep it covered for 1/2 hour.

Chop the tomatoes along with the garlic cloves. In a mixer, add garlic cloves, tomatoes, chilly powder and grind well. Then transfer in a bowl. Then mix yoghurt, salt and semolina in it and keep it covered for 1/2 hour.

Heat water in a kadai. Grease the plate with oil and let it heat up. Then Divide bottle gourd batter into two equal parts. In the first part, add 1 tbsp of Eno water on it, stir and immediately spread on plate, cover and steam it for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, add 1 tbsp of Eno and water to the tomato batter, stir and spread it evenly on the steamed layer for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, add 1 tbsp of Eno and water to the bottle gourd batter and let it steam for 15 minutes. Then turn off the gas and take out the plate of Dhokla. After cooling, cut into it.

Heat oil in a saucepan, add mustard seeds, then add cumin seeds, sesame seeds, Curry leaves, chillies and asafoetida. Spread tadka evenly on dhokla plate.

So, Bottle gourd Sandwich dhokla is ready to serve.
