Peel the garlic and chopped in small pieces. Easy way to Peel is soak the garlic cloves in warm water for 10 - 15 minutes

Soak the red chilli for 20 - 15 minutes

Drain out all excess water, in a blender jar take these 2 ingredients with salt, chilli and coriander powder and blend till a smooth paste.

If you want to preserve it cooked in 1 tbsp hot oil untill all water evaporate.
