Ingredients

3 -4 parathas
  1. For dough:
  2. 1 cupwheat flour
  3. 2 tbspoil (moin)
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. For spicy paneer stuffing:
  6. 11/2 cupsmashed homemade paneer
  7. 1onion finely chopped
  8. 1/4 cupfinely chopped fresh coriander leaves
  9. 2 tbspgreen chillies ginger paste
  10. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  11. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  12. 1 tspcummin seeds
  13. 1/2 tspaamchur powder
  14. to tasteSalt
  15. As neededGhee for roasting
  16. as required Fresh curd dahi to serve

Cooking Instructions

    In mixing bowl add wheat flour,oil,salt. Mix well,add little little water and bind & knead dough for few minutes. Keep aside.

    For stuffing.. in mixing bowl add mashed paneer, chopped onion and coriander leaves,salt, green chillies ginger paste, garam masala, cummin seeds, aamchur powder, red chilli powder. Mix well. Divide prepare stuffing into 3-4 equal portions.

    Knead dough and make 6-8 equal portions flatten balls. Roll each into 6" round shape roti. Take one rolled roti on it spread one part of prepared paneer stuffing all over leaving edges as shown.

    Cover with another rolled roti. Sealed the edges. Prepared all parathas similarly.

    Place one prepared paneer stuffed paratha on hot tawa. Roast on both sides with ghee till crispy golden. Similarly prepare all.

    Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Paneer Stuffed Parathas with fresh curd.
