Here's a recipe that I've been meaning to try but kept postponing due to fear of how it would turn out...but i let go off the fear today and decided but why not????......it was super awesome #plus3ingredients

Here's a recipe that I've been meaning to try but kept postponing due to fear of how it would turn out...but i let go off the fear today and decided but why not????......it was super awesome #plus3ingredients
Cooking Instructions

Clean your potatoes

Peal and cut into desired shapes.. Either wedges or circular
- 3
Clean the potatoes again to remove the starch and drain off the excess water
- 4
Heat your deep frying oil until its hot...then fry your potatoes into the desired crunchiness and add in your salt

Chop your onions into stripes

Put 1tbsp of oil into a shallow pan and sauté your onions
- 7
Add in the black pepper and later your fried potatoes
- 8
Gently stir the mixture for some few minutes and add in the chopped coriander then stir once more

Serve with an accompaniment of your choosing

My first try at this creation turned out fantastic, I was very surprised how cheesy this tasted. It was just an experiment at scalloped potatoes but turned out awesome.
