Matar Paneer
Steps

Grind the all veggies (onion, tomato, ginger, garlic) make a fine paste.. Heat oil in the pan splutter jeera, bay leaf, cloves and cinnamon stick..put the grind paste and cook will till oil sperates frm it.

Add all the spices (Turmeric, red chilli,coriander powder & salt) mix and cook well

Now add kasuri methi and green peas cook them for few minutes.

Add water and adjust the consistency and bring them boil. Now add paneer cubes cover it for 10 mins on high flame.(till paneer absorbed all the flavors).

Finally add garam masala and cook it again for 5 minutes.. serve hot with roti or rice. Taste is yummy 😋

Note: 1- you can also add (deep or shallow) fry paneer as per your taste. 2- if you want some sweetness add 1 tsp sugar it'll inhance the flavors.
