Been trying to eat more vegetables and decided to try these out and let me say this makes a wonderful side dish that pairs well with any meat or fish.
Sautéed Baby Bussel Sprouts and Carrots
Been trying to eat more vegetables and decided to try these out and let me say this makes a wonderful side dish that pairs well with any meat or fish.

Wash and trim ends of brussel sprouts. Add to a large pot along with carrot chunks. Fill pot halfway with water. Turn heat to high til it comes to a boil. Turn heat down to medium and let vegetables simmer til almost for tender. Turn off heat and drain.

Add vegetables and rest of ingredients to a large skillet and sauté til vegetables are tender and lightly browned. Turn off heat and serve immediately.
