Grate the scotch bonnets and onion together and keep aside

Wash chicken parts,and marinade using above ingredients,this is including the grated scotch bonnets.

Refrigerate, for an hour, or 2,the higher it stay,the higher the test

Meanwhile greese some veg oil to the oven tray,and heat the oven on a medium heat.

Then arrange the chicken parts on the tray and grill on a low heat till soft,when it is almost done,slice some onion,and keep grilling till perfectly soft and aromatic.
