I feel like when you know the simple basics of making a burger you will be able to explore different recipes to impress not only you but everyone around you.Top for this - if you are going to use Grade AA eggs, then you will need more breadcrumbs. Otherwise your patty will be too watery.Using flour is always good alternative - really depends on what texture you are looking for. I feel that when using flour the patty becomes too dry and the burger ends up hard - hence the breadcrumbs. :)Aina

In my family who's not so into healthy food, this is one of the few food they go cray-cray for as well as they will gobble it down as soon as I'm done. Generally they like their pancake sweet so they will drizzle some honey or they will request me to add sugar in the batter which I didn't do it of course and found alternative ways to make it sweet naturally which i have experiment throughout the years.
