Cooking Instructions

At first soak all ingredients overnight. Next morning grind all ingredients and make a smooth batter with little water and leave the mixture for 6-8 hours.

In the evening you put it in idly mould and after some time your fluffy idly is ready to eat.

For sambhar.. boil toor dal with salt and turmeric powder add onion, tomato, pulp of tamarind and jaggery as per your taste and sambhar powder. Then hit some oil and put mutard seeds, curry leaves, methi dana,sukha lal mirch and mix it with dal. Your sambhar dal is ready to eat.

For chutney at first grind some coconut with fry chana dal Or chana, salt and a little bit of ginger. If you dislike ginger then you can leave it but ginger gives a very good smale.. then hit some oil with curry leaves,sukha lal mirch, mustard seeds and mix it with chutney.

Now your idly, sambhar dal and chutney is ready to serve.
