Soyawadi paneer pulao is a very easy, healthy and delicious one pot meal.
Steps

Boil soya wadi with little salt, fry and keep aside. Soak rice for 15 minutes.

Cut panner in small cubes, fry and keep aside.

In the same pan add oil / ghee on medium flame, put bay leaf and other whole dry masala and allow then to splutter.

Now add chopped onion and fry for 2 to 3 minutes, add matar and soute for few sec.

Add soaked rice, garam masala, salt and saute for 2 to 3 minutes.

Now add soya wadi, panner, coriander leaves mix it well3add 2.5 cup water, cover and Cook for 10 minutes on low flame.

After 10 minutes check the pulao, mix it genly with a fork, cover and let it 5 minutes in rest. After 5 minutes garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with any raita of your choice.
