  1. 3potatoes
  2. 3green chili
  3. Coriander leaves few
  4. 1/2 teaspoonmustard seed
  5. 1/2 teaspooncumin seed
  6. 1/2 teaspoonred chili powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. 1 tablespoonoil
  10. For coating
  11. 1 cupgram flour
  12. 1 teaspoonred chili
  13. Pinchturmeric
  14. Salt as per taste
  15. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Boiled potatoes & crushed green chili, in a bowl add boiled potatoes and mashed it now add coriander leaves & salt.

    Heat oil in a pan add cumin seed, mustard seed, green chili paste, red chili powder & turmeric powder, saute till oil floats above and all the raw smell vanish

    Now add that tampering (point 2) in a boiled potatoes mixed it well and keep a side

    Apply some oil on a palm and make small small ball from potato mixture

  5. 5

    In a bowl add gram flour along with salt and red chili.. with the help of water mix it and make a normal flowing paste

  6. 6

    Heat oil in a wok, now dipped potato ball in a gram flour batter and deep fry all till golden brown color.. when its done remove from oil.

    Serve hot with tea or any chutney
