Ingredients

  1. Soy beans (16tins)
  2. Sour water (ruwan tsami)
  3. Palm oil (3tbspn)
  4. Pepper crush
  5. Scotch bonnet crush
  6. Onion crush
  7. Salt
  8. Veg oil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and soak your soy beans for and 1hr then grind it, add palm oil and sieve the paste in a pot add water to the paste to get all the milk out

    Place the pot on a fire, when the milk starts boiling and foaming then Sprinkles the sour water on it gradually and watch it starts coagilating then drop from fire and drain the water with your sieve cloth

    Add your crush pepper, Scotch bonnet and onion then squeeze harder and place any heavy thing on it for and 1hr

  4. 4

    Remove the tofu from the cloth and cut into chunks, in a bowl add water and some salt or maggi or ajino, then add in your chunks tofu and soak for 5-10mnts, fry in hot oil till golden brown
