Add all ingredients at (a), mix and leave it for at least 20 minutes

Cover each chicken cube with a layer of starch

Pour oil to pan, turn on heat to high heat, put chicken in, then wait until chicken is “harden”, turn the heat back to low and wait for it to turn golden, remove the chicken and put it onto a plate

Mix (b) together, leave a little leftover oil from frying the chicken and pour (b) in

Using low-medium heat and wait for sauce to thicken, then pour chicken in and mix

Can add some white sesame seed on top (optional)
