Ingredients

2 servings
  • 4 tbspMilk
  • 1Egg
  • 1/4 cupsugar
  • 50 gramsButter
  • 5/8 cupall-purpose flour
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 2.5 tbspcocoa powder
  • Chocolate Chips as required

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl whisk together the egg, milk, sugar and butter.

    Now a separate bowl mix the rest of the ingredients except for the chocolate chips.

    Now add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients to make a dough. Add chocolate chips to the dough.

    Now shape the cookies as desired. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes. Serve and Enjoy.
