Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl, flour + cocoa powder+ baking powder and baking soda

In another bowl add in ur sugar, oil, butter and mix

Add in ur eggs + vanilla flavour then add in ur buttermilk, veniger and food colour, then mix and keep aside

Add in ur dry ingredients in the wet ingredients and mix

Scoop 1 tablespoon in each cupcakes paper and bake
