  3. 2eggs
  4. 2 1/2 cupflour
  5. 1 1/2 cupvegetable oil
  6. 1 cupbuttermilk
  7. 1 tbspvanilla
  8. 1 tbspbaking soda
  9. 1 tbspvinegar
  10. 2/3 ozred food coloring
  11. 2 tbspcocoa
  12. 1/2 lbbutter
  13. Frosting
  14. 1 lbpowdered sugar
  15. 8 ozcream cheese
  16. 4 ozbutter
  17. 1 tbspvanilla
  18. 1 1/4 cupchopped pecans
  19. Decoration
  20. 1chocolate bar

Cooking Instructions

    Mix eggs sugar oil and vinegar until creamy

  2. 2

    Add flour and baking soda together while beating mixture

  3. 3

    Add cocoa and butter

  4. 4

    Add buttermilk vanilla and coloring while stirring

  5. 5

    Bake 3 layers at 350°F

  6. 6

    For icing: Melt cream cheese and butter slowly at low temperature

  7. 7

    Add sugar, pecans, and vanilla

  8. 8

    Mix and spread between cake layers finishing by covering all layers

  9. 9

    For Decoration: Use a cheese grater and shred the chocolate bar on top of the cake
