    Moong daal, masoor daal or chana daal ko boil Karen. Sath hi ginger garlic paste daal de.

    Jab boil ho gae to Lauki cubes, tomato chopped, red chilli powder, dhania powder, haldi, Salt, daal kar pakae.

    Jab acchy se gal gae to bhigar daal de.

    Oil me onion ko fry Karen sath hi garlic, curry leaves, green chillies cut kerky, red chilli button, zeera, aur as I daal kar bhigar tayar karen or daal per daal de.

    Rice 2 cup soak karen and. Or zeera rice tayar karen.

    Carrot, green chillies, cabbage ko Julienne cut Karen. 2 cup lein.

    Acchar masala 2 tbsp, red chilli powder 1 tsp. Crush dhania 1 tbsp, haldi half tsp, salt, oil half cup, vinegar 2 tbsp mila kar mix Karen.
