Dumplings (dan wake) with kidney and liver sauce

Ingredients

  1. Already made dumpling flour
  2. Water
  3. Boiled eggs
  4. Cabbage(sliced)
  5. Carrots(grated)
  6. Cucumber
  7. For the sauce
  8. Grated scotch bonnets and pepper
  9. Onion chopped
  10. Kidney and liver(cooked)
  11. Seasonings
  12. Spices
  13. Oil
  14. Green bell pepper

Cooking Instructions

    I mix my already made dumpling flour with water to make a smooth batter neither thick nor too light.

    Add water to a pot and bring to boil then use your washed hand to be dripping the batter into the boiling water. Then cook for like 10 mns. And transfer it to warm water. Continue with the process until you finish up the batter. Then drain from water.

    Add oil to a sauce pan, add grated scotch bonnets and pepper,sauté then add chopped onions add seasoning and spices.

    Sauté for some mns, then add the cooked kidney and liver, cook. And add the chopped green bell pepper add more onions then cook for 3-4 more mns. Off the heat the sauce is ready.
